  1. Were talkin about my shiny chrome bling bumper! That's why I have choices of parts bud!
  2. Mud is fun till you gotta work where you "thought" was clean I kinda like the light mount on the front bumper, I got a couple pre-runner bars I've thought of using myself but don't want to drill into my 93-95 bumper, might have to mod the 87-92 bumper I have to line up right and use that...
  3. But it back, have a nice pair of a dedicated trail ride and a daily commuter! I'm. Assuming structure damage behind the cosmetics, sad to see one taken away though
  4. What? Video games are awesome!
  5. sure, rub it in... I still have my SNES at least
  6. I miss my NES, the door for the cartridge was broken (which I didn't mind for Game Genie use), the top was held on with duct tape, you had to blow in any cartridge you put in until you were about to pass out, and that friggin Friday the 13th game was stupidly hard for my childish ways...
  7. My emergency/junkyard stuff is salvaged from junk cars at work. It's a collaboration of everything from stuff that could just say "wrench" on it to snap-on. I got some generic no-name stuff that's more trustworthy and given better life than name brand stuff (I have no problem with craftsman but their ratchets have cost my knuckles more skin and blood than cheapo ones)
  8. Crappy worthless tools used once surpass their value all the time! Some spare parts may be a headache to carry day to day (strapping a spare transmission to the roof might hurt mpg) but simple things like belts take up little to no room and can be tucked in a corner!
  9. Start with bleed as PreciseOne said, (look for any signs of leakage as well) then you can adjust at the pedal if necessary (there's a threaded rod that's pinned to the pedal)
  10. x2 on the double check, just because you did/replaced something and trust your own skill don't mean to trust the vechile likes what you did and didn't reject it and don't forget the free code check as well http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/21-ecu-self-diagnostics-for-87-95-pathfinder/
  11. Thats why I wanted the tube ones, that and easier sticker application
  12. Every 2 door I've seen personally has had the I beam style, I've seen both though on 4 doors (last time I paid atention at the local pick a part all icouod find were I beam style when I wanted the tube style for a wHile, I'm over that right now though and keeping my beams)
  13. Plants love electrolytes!
  14. Are the spacers that visable? (Honest curiosity)
  15. Five, don't ignore your spare! Everyone ignores the spare!
  16. I'd like to see at least matched on an axle but have been in a bind and done it waiting for something to come in with tires I needed. That wrangler you have in the pic link though you probably won't have to worry about that one long (I never see them get any miles)
  17. I currently don't have a clue what's in my tires at the moment... Not flat? when I switched over to them for the winter I had to put stems in 2 of them and if a bead leak, I think I set them at 30psi (still fair wearer road use) but that's firestone destination a/t 31x10.5s on 15x8s on a 2 door wd21 driven by a scrawny dude with a couple fishing rods in the back
  18. Pinto sais hi from a safe camouflage distance
  19. Most other cars a windshield is 200-400 bucks, ends justify the means... Kinda? Is that the phrase I was looking for? Sounds goody least
  20. is that the dual fuel gauge cluster? It will NOT work, you must send it to me immediatly and I will dispose of it in the proper way! Seriously though there may be some different plugs that could cause some issues as my FSM (which don't show that cluster, FSM is for an 88 though) shows different plugs and pinouts between the "SE" cluster and the "Standard/E/XE" cluster. But I do belive it was either Kingman or MY1PATH that put a cluster/gauges from a different model/same era Nissan. I'll check and see if it's in either of their member rides pages...
  21. as long as when the shadow moves across the dash you don't yell "The fist of fury!" Otherwise I like, I just know the 'form with function' part of me would go nuts with the offness of the angle. Close enough to work and not look bad but far enough I would mumble to myself every time I got in
  22. First thing first is I would replace your parts you KNOW you already said you need. You say in the first post you have a known steering issue, I would address that and your bad cv now, making sure all other components bench test (well floor test) and are lubed tightened properly. While the wheels are off make sure brake components are visually and physically in good condition and installed correctly (You can't imagine the number of brake noises and performance issues I see due to an improper/rushed self brake job like loose calipers/frozen-unlubed slides/twisted flex hoses/etc. Everyone makes mistakes, it's human nature )
  23. Creepy is when it's hair/blood donated from a human... Seen that enough times it actually is desensitized to me
  24. Looks like it should be called the Tron
