  1. I have a couple of those (and a nice chip directly in front of me) I don't even know their there though unless someone sais something about it while I'm driving, then after a couple seconds they blend back in with the waterspouts and grime
  2. PB ain't a chemical, it's a way of life!
  3. Welcome! How about a little intro info? Most of us don't bite (though some of us may drool and need helmets... You know who you are without me pointing fingers DVW ). And we don't mind pics you want to share either
  4. Really the dealer did right though and handled their mistake. Stuff happens/parts fail sometimes. I honestly commend them for what sounds like a hassle-free rectification of it.
  5. (Obviously haven't checked for a few day) dam that made it quick! Glad to help out bud I got my eyes peeled for the rest of your needs as well on my list of "parts for people I like" notes in my phone for pick a part runs and the occasion I see a useful part out on CL. On topic I actually had to so one of those sad days and BUY fuel for WhiteOwl. At least this way it ain't brown and smell bad Took him on Rt28 a little too to blow the dust off (until I got close to home as its congested there no matter the day/time) and used him as a blocker to keep a tailgating d-bag off a biker.
  6. Human blood and adult words are required to complete this task!
  7. "Technically" no but as it was some errors with getting software to work correctly and even if going by the date you were 'released' you would squeak in the ability to get a nomination in for yourself. Feel free Kyle, I'll allow it
  8. Personal opinion if it were mine would be keep the flares on, you can hide some clearancing behind them sometimes and keep a clean more factory look. And I'd leave the centers off the wheels too, I like those better without them. Might just be me but they look a little 'after-thoughty'
  9. I felt like doing a little leg work for you, it was one of the time locked threads but you can still PM the member about them http://www.nissanpathfinders.net/forum/topic/35436-r50-oem-hid-projector-headlights-with-side-lights/?hl=projector
  10. I just gotta look good, I don't have to be clear

  11. Anything goes month, no theme. Themes are every other month
  12. 1. You can nominate only Pathfinder/Terrano/QX4 trucks belonging to Registered NPORA Forum Members. New members will have to wait 3 months and have a post count of 100 before they can be nominated. Members who are banned, currently on suspension or for 1 month after their return from suspension will also be disallowed. (If you are banned you won't be able to be nominated for 2 months). a) please let us know who's truck it is that you're nominating (even if it is yours) 2. NO FAKE OR JOKE ENTRIES. 3. First 20 nominees are up for consideration and the nomination thread will be closed after the 20th submission or the 20th of the month, which ever comes 1st. Voting will be from 21st-28th. 4. One pic per nomination post, 640x480 or smaller. Larger pics will need to be re-sized. Try to make it a good one or nobody will vote for your nominee! A recent pic is preferred but if the Pathy is still in the same shape as your last pic, go ahead and use that. An offroad setting or action pic is also preferred, but not necessary. 5. Only one truck nomination per member per month. 5. a) If multiple people want to nominate the same truck, it is up to the nominee to decide on which pic to run with. In the absence of the nominee, the decision will be made by NPORA Moderating Team 6. Winner gets 3 pics of their choice of their Pathfinder pinned in the TOTM forum (PM me the links please) and is ineligible for the remainder of the calendar year. 6. a) A Member can only win once a year - multiple pathfinders do no mean multiple wins. 7. No post whoring. 8. Not reading these rules may result in a zombie attack.
  13. theexbrit! congratulations! (pm me your 3 pics please)
  14. Tonight the music seems so loud, I wish that we could leave this crowd!

  15. G-Body GM, you can probably get a "non-performance package" one for close to scrap price. Chevy small block it (depending on what is found, could have one already) and have easy and plentiful parts, their full framed (check the rear rails, they rot like wd21s!) with a solid axle in the back (coil sprung) with a upper/lower a-arm front end with coils, should make suspension fairly inexpensive. Strip the interior to essentials will lighten it up a decent bit. Budget strip car that ain't a Camaro or Mustang. Or one of my future plans of finding a totaled SRT4 Neon and meshing it with a woodgrained K-Car wagon... note: I personally don't like G-Bodies but thats is a PERSONAL choice, has to do with everyone who's parents didn't buy their car for them pulled in with a Cutlass/Regal/Monte/Grand Prix-including myself as one of my 'in-between' cars. Though mine was a loaded Cutlass Supreme with the big couch-like overstuffed seats and whatnot (burgundy, surprise!) and I DID have some fond memories in that thing by myself...
  16. No longer owning a pathfinder don't mean you have to disappear, your still more than welcome to be a part of us here and share knowledge you have/keep learning/hang out and b.s.

Still would have suspension, no power to it though. Just used as extra contact to the ground. It don't HAVE to be dummies for weight dist., just if it IS dummied, that's about all its doing (besides cosmetic and making tire replacement costs higher )

I'd like to see how they made the tandem axle or if the rear one is just a dummy for more weight distribution...
  19. Then he'll never find the mower again!
  20. I know nothing of the topic at hand and am just reading to learn/watch outcomes but can no longer bite my tongue as this comment Just made me knock over my gummy bears laughing ... You cause me more work to enjoy my delicious chewy animal shaped snacks! I'm just happy I didn't take a drink before reading it!
  21. aint you supposed to be doing that anyway?
  22. Not needed by me personally but a nice write-up preferably with some clear pics could help many members current and future who would like to embark on this quest. Please feel free to make one!
  23. I didn't make this, it's a store bought one with the safety whistle in the clip. This one is mine and my wife has a plain green one. Basicly what I want to imitate for my next project only more... me (and better fitting)
  24. Who makes a 'Jeep" and makes it full doored and with a roof? There goes the purpose of a Jeep!
  25. That hood and the color scheme looks familiar, I belive someone posted an ad of that truck for sale a few months ago. Glad to see it made it here to the site! Welcome bud (and we ain't too picky on pic size [besides TotM nominations but you got a few till your eligible for that], we just like pics period!)
