Harbinger
My passenger side front turn signal hasn't been working lately, so I pulled it apart just now to try and see if it was the bulb. It wasn't. Anywho the bulb looks fine, but its base is very corroded, as is the socket in the turn signal itself. I'll just buy a new bulb, but whats the best way to clean out the socket? I'll try and pick up a battery brush, but should I use any chemicals or anything with it? Edited March 10, 2007 by Harbinger
mws
I use a brass brush, Electrical Motor and Contact Cleaner, and then coat everything with dielectric grease when done to prevent future corrosion.
