Guest pathfinder92 Posted August 4, 2004 Share Posted August 4, 2004 Hi all, I want to get the protector plate under the front of my Pathfinder 92. One of the bolt just turns but does not come out. Mr. Pickles Posted August 4, 2004 Share Posted August 4, 2004 If it just spins freely and is stripped, you may be able to get it with some vise grips, using a turning and pulling down motion. k9sar Posted August 4, 2004 Share Posted August 4, 2004 if you can get under it at all, slip a putty knife or nail puller under the head and pry as you turn it. Same effect as the vise-grips but easier to maintain presure and continue to turn. It may grab and unscrew. You can also dremel off the head and just pop it out the other side, retap the hole and put a different bolt in it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
